Return/Replacement/Refund Policy-

(Must Do- While receiving your parcel, make sure it is seal packed, not torn from anywhere, not opened & sealed again, )
(unboxing Your parcel- after receiving well packaged parcel, take a clear picture of parcel showing your name & Address then open it from opposite side from containing label in front of delivery person and create a video while unboxing so you have a proof of receiving products, it will help both you & us to resolve the issue occured if any related to product damage or wrong/missing product/s received.

if products quantity is not same as you have ordered & mentioned,contact the authorized person immediately)

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools and/or over the phone, Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to authirized person to resolve any subsequent issues.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please create a return immediately with images of product. Returning post 24 hours may result in your return being rejected.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:-
  • Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories).
  • The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
  • The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
  • The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.
  • In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
  • In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  • Radiantia Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (Company) reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Company also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product

The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Refund-

Any purchase is not liable for refund unless the reason in not appropriate and true. The conditions of refund process are as follows-

1- The order placed and payment made to Radiantia Ventures Pvt. Ltd. once the member id becomes active, the amount will not be refunded at any cost.

2- COD orders can't be cancelled and payment made after receiving the product/s, will not be refunded.

3- Refund can be claimed if the products are not delivered within 15 working days after placing the order and after the payment is done.

4- No one claim the refund as one has received partial/damaged product/s by mishandling. fulfillment of order will be done by the company on providing the same product or same MRP's product which is available at that time.

5- Partial payment done by customer after Member id is activated and wish to take product/s after sometime by paying remaining payment and not wish to take products within asked time by customer, will not be eligible for any refund. The amount paid by him/her will remain deposited to the company and will be lapsed whole amount, if he/she not paid the remaining amount of his/her product's amount in his/her invoice within 30 days of placing the order.

Radiantia Ventures Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to restrict the number of returns created per order unit, post the evaluation of the product/order defect is undertaken by Radiantia Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ’s authorized representative.
